14-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lianfeng. We are committed to providing quality footwear and reliable after-sales service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.

1.RETURN PERIOD

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must meet the following conditions:
-Unworn, unwashed, no stains, no odors, and no damage
- All tags, packaging, and accessories (shoe box, dust bag, etc.) must be intact
- Items must be in resellable condition

Returns are NOT accepted for:

-Customized or special orders
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Clearance or sale items (if clearly marked as final sale)
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the buyer

3. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1 – Contact our customer service team to submit a return request. Please provide:
- Order number
- Return reason (with photos)
- Item name and quantity to be returned

Step 2 – After approval, you will receive a Return Authorization and the return address.

Step 3 – Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging and ship to the designated overseas warehouse address.

Step 4 – Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.

Step 5 – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

- Quality issues (e.g., glue stain, loose stitching, damaged): Covered by us (proof required)
- Wrong size or personal reasons: Covered by buyer
- Wrong item sent (style/color/size mismatch): Covered by us

Important Notes:
- For quality issues or wrong items, please pay the shipping fee upfront. We will reimburse it upon refund (receipt required).
- For personal reasons, a $5 handling fee per order will be deducted from your refund.

5. REFUND AMOUNT

- Refund amount = total item price paid
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method

6. SPECIAL CASES

Partial Returns: Refund will be calculated based on the quantity returned.

Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not supported. Please return the item and place a new order.
